We gave him some salt and pepper hair.

 For a 13th birthday, the birthday girl decorated the cake. I love the red and brown color combo!

Eckerson's 25th Anniversary Cake

This isn't our usual smooth frosting cake, we decided to give it some texture to go along with the beach theme. It was level before mom pushed down a little too much while putting the chocolate shell in front of the castle.:)

Top layer: Chocolate fudge cake with peanut butter, caramel and walnut filling.
Bottom layer: Carrot cake with cream cheese filling.
Cream cheese icing.
Chocolate shells and crushed cookies for sand.

With goal post that we made ourselves and covered in fondant, the white powder on it is cornstarch, we brushed it off after the picture.:) We should have taken at a different angle, the post actually curved like a real goal post.
