    Hi Connie and Stephanie,
    Just wanted to drop a note to thank you for the beautiful cake. It was a big hit! Everyone commented on how they had never seen anything like it before and how wonderful it was. My sister noticed every detail, of course, including her favorite flowers, which were perfect! Not to mention the cake itself was so moist and flavorful. I’d love the recipe, but I certainly understand that may not be something you’d want to share.
    The whole thing was just perfect! Thanks so much for adding to this memorable birthday for her.
    By the way, my other sister teaches your daughter at The Symphony Shop. Such a small world. We may be needing another cake when her big birthday comes along. I hope you’ll still be making them when the time comes.
    I hope you realize how talented you are. I’m not aware of anyone around that is doing these types of specialty cakes. Maybe you should advertise?!
    I truly had tears in my eyes when I first saw the cake and couldn’t have been more satisfied and pleased with your product.
